How To Order From Tietags

Start with a free style consultation. For custom orders, production takes 5–7 working days. For weddings, confirm and pay at least 14 working days before your date.

Paymets

Payment confirms your design and launches production. Late confirmations may add 20% for rush scheduling. Pay with Mobile Money, bank transfer, or Paystack.

Refund Policy

We guide you through every detail - vision, fabric, finish. That’s why refunds are rare. If requested, we deduct the completed work and materials, then process it within 24 hours.

Gift Bundle Refunds Refund requests are accepted within 2 hours of order confirmation only. After that, processing begins and refunds are unavailable. Please review your selections carefully before ordering.
